A Contractor's Vintage Canvas with love and a vision for Old Florida Architecture will deliver what you create from this 1951 Florida Cottage Home. In "X" Flood Zone, the value is in the land with an oversized lot on a brick paved street. There are mature trees, landscaping and fencing on 3 sides of the property. The home needs much TLC but it's craftmanship is original for this period with less guess work for rehabbers. You will discover the charm of Old Florida when you step inside the wonderfully bright, window paned sun porch with inlay tile. The Living Room wall has wood paneling, there is wood flooring in the bedrooms and the bathroom wall tile has intricate coordinating accent tiles. The heat source is a Coleman Furnace in the hallway and A/C is not working. The roof was replaced in 2008 and windows in 2016. The electrical panel is Federated brand with crystal fuses. Plumbing assessment reflects galvinized pipes. Washer & Dryer hookups are in the garage. You will find the beautiful botanical, Sunken Gardens, are only 1.6 miles away, Cresent Lake Park is also 1.6 miles away, Snell Isle is just 2.3 miles away along with Historic Round Lake Park at just 2.4 miles away. This area of St Petersburg is a true GEM and the home is a diamond in the rough!
