Suzanne Klym did an excellent job helping me sell one condo and purchase another. We couldn't have done it without her. Our stepfather who owned the Naples property was in assisted living, and my wife and I, who were charged with selling his home, live in Ohio. Suzanne somehow managed to do everything necessary to get the unoccupied home to be placed on the market. We asked her to have it inspected beforehand so that we would not be surprised at what might be found by the buyers inspector. She not only handled that, but when our inspector found multiple problems that had to be addressed, Suzanne found the right contractors or vendors to supply the needed fix. She found painters, plumbers, electricians, and handymen to do the repairs. Then to top it off, she determined that since everything but the kitchen looked new, she found all new appliances to replace the broken or out-of-date units we had. Once the property was listed, she made numerous road trips to the one-entrance gated community to spot check, maintain, and promote the listing. All of the trips were affected by the pandemic which made communication, scheduling, and interaction with the other parties more difficult for her. She continually kept moving forward then reporting on the showings that started in late summer. She advised us on potential pricing options and put a lot of thought into what was best for our stepfather and the rest of the family. Multiple normal home maintenance issues popped up during that time period, but she never wavered; but instead, quickly and tirelessly came through for us to settle each problem. Again, we couldn't have done it without her and we're certain we chose the right agent. We would do it again in a flash if the opportunity would appear.
